For our dementia residential group in the Unteres Gremm house, we are looking for a professionally skilled and committed

Health Specialist or FaBe with or without Additional Vocational Training Function 60 - 100%

In the three residential groups, we offer a home with high individuality for 6 residents each with dementia, with varying care needs.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of the residents
• Supervision of trainees during practical vocational training (AGS)
• Management and implementation of the care and support process
• Assumption of daily responsibility
• Medication management, including documentation and control of medication administration
• Assumption of qualitative documentation

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist or Care Specialist
• Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage or willingness to further train in this role
• Joy and commitment in care
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia
