Head of Maintenance High and Medium Voltage Systems (all)

• You lead the maintenance department personnel-wise, technically, and operationally and advise our customers competently and solution-oriented
• You are responsible for and coordinate customer orders from requirements recording through economic implementation to billing together with the specific department heads
• In doing so, you coordinate the shutdown planning with various network operators and organize efficient personnel deployment
• You continuously develop our maintenance area and the on-call service including operational management and standby duty
• You coordinate training and instructions on high-voltage systems according to the specifications of the network operators
• You are responsible for and occasionally take over the operational management, on-call deployments, work supervision, condition checks, and switching operations yourself

• You have completed basic electrical training at HF/FH level and are interested in project management tasks in the maintenance area or are willing to familiarize yourself with this exciting field
• You bring experience in leading and developing employees and promote their potential in a targeted and appreciative manner
• Your pronounced quality awareness and your confident, independent way of working characterize you
• You work analytically and structured, keep an overview, and ensure reliable implementation of all tasks
• You have a category B driving license and are willing to be on the road in our supply area with your personal company vehicle
• You are proficient in MS Office 365 and communicate confidently in German and preferably in French and English
