EnableMe has been supporting people with disabilities and chronic illnesses for over 20 years to lead a self-determined life. Our goal is for more people with disabilities to find employment and training in the primary labor market. To achieve this goal, we launched EnableMe Connect in 2025. Connect links young people with disabilities with potential training companies at events in several Swiss cities. The events enable mutual acquaintance as well as skills development.
Your field of work:
- You work with commitment and enthusiasm for the success of the project to achieve as much impact as possible
- You network, maintain relationships, and communicate with all stakeholders - training companies, schools, and specialist organizations
- You assist in organizing the Connect events from logistics to on-site coordination
- You enjoy working in a diverse team and collaborating with partner organizations
- You accompany and coach young people searching for apprenticeships as well as their environment
- You develop our offerings further together with our motivated team
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training and/or studies and have several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of labor integration, special education, job coaching, career counseling, social insurance, or comparable fields
- You enjoy working with young people and ideally have experience in individual support and collaboration with their environment (teachers, parents, training companies, etc.)
- You feel comfortable in project-based work forms and support the team with your project management, networking, and communication skills.
- You are familiar with digital solutions and enjoy working with tools like Confluence, Google Workspace, HubSpot, etc.
- You have flawless Swiss German and High German language skills
- You have a strong affinity for the topic of disabilities and chronic illnesses
- You are a team-oriented, flexible, and solution-focused person who shows initiative
