Group Leader Service 40%

We are looking for a committed group leader from 01.02.2026 who accompanies people with disabilities with warmth, helpfulness, and organizational talent during external assignments. Ideal assignment days are Tuesday and Wednesday. 

• You ensure that our employees are well supported and that their assignments run smoothly.
• You are the central contact person for planning, coordination, and accompaniment and contribute to ensuring that participation and self-determination are lived in everyday life. 
• You actively participate in external customer assignments and cross-departmental projects. 
• You ensure the qualitative requirements of the external assignment. 
• You also take on administrative tasks related to your function. 

• Because you have completed training. 
• Because you ideally already have experience in the educational environment.  
• Because you enjoy working with people with different needs. 
• Because you like to take responsibility combined with high social competence.  
• Because you value cleanliness, accuracy, and high standards, and hygiene means more to you than just a word.
• Because you hold a category B driving license. 
• Because you have very good German skills (C1 or higher). 

• We offer regular working hours between 06:30 – 17:00 / weekends and holidays off (with some exceptions).
