Assistant Psychologist for the Vaud Center for Anorexia, Bulimia abC
The outpatient anorexia bulimia unit - Vaud Center (abC) is offering a 60% assistant psychologist position, starting May 1, 2026.

Context
The University Hospital of Vaud (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. In collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in medical care, research, and education.
The Vaud Center for Anorexia Bulimia (abC) is a unit specialized in the management of eating disorders, integrated into the Department of Psychiatry.
It offers outpatient and day center care, in an interdisciplinary and integrative approach, including individual, family, and network work.
Mission
- You welcome, assess, and manage patients suffering from ED, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and under the supervision of senior psychologists and physicians
- You conduct one or two supervised psychotherapies
- You handle clinical administrative work (assessment reports, follow-up notes, insurance reports, correspondence with the Justice of the Peace)
- You participate in family and network interviews
- You perform liaison work with care partners
- You participate in internal service seminars and training
- You benefit from regular supervisions and structured support
- You continue your postgraduate training in psychotherapy until obtaining the federal expert title.
Profile
- You hold a university Master’s degree in psychology or an equivalent recognized title
- You are already engaged in a federally recognized postgraduate psychotherapy training
- You have at least two years of experience in general psychiatry (excluding internships)
