Your Area of Responsibility
- Advising and supporting our patients and their relatives in difficult life situations involving social concerns
- Arranging the necessary social services related to illness / accident as well as hospital stay and discharge
- Maintaining and promoting cooperation with other social institutions, regional social services, and senior or disability homes
Your Competencies
- Tertiary degree in Social Work or equivalent university education
- Work experience in a similar institution is an advantage
- Balanced personality who maintains the necessary calm and overview in hectic situations and demonstrates high social skills
- Strong service orientation
- Independent, responsible, and conscientious working style"
