Main tasks
- Assessing and coordinating stabilization planning for insurance companies and groups (IC / IG)
- Responsibility for the RRP dialogue with the IC/IG: preparation and follow-up of meetings at management level
- Contact person for stability and resolution planning vis-à-vis the IC / IG, internal cross-functional departments, and supervision
- Developing decision-making bases and representing proposals in internal committees and the permanent committee of the management for Recovery and Resolution (RRPC, cf. FINMA rules of procedure Art. 17 ff.)
- Contributing to the further development of the resolution plans of the IG
- Coordinating and processing recurring as well as ad-hoc submissions from the IC / IG
Profile
- University degree in business administration, law, or an equivalent higher education in insurance or banking
- Further training as a certified public accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector, ideally in risk management, auditing, or examination
- Strong analytical skills as well as experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills and a confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
- Very good German (at least C1) and English skills (C2); additional official language is an advantage
