About the job
Your scope of action
- Maintenance and troubleshooting: You perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on our industrial installations. You analyze breakdowns, identify their causes, and restore equipment to service quickly and sustainably
- Automated systems: You work on automation installations, especially on conveyor chains. You analyze malfunctions on Siemens SIMATIC systems and contribute to the reliability of the installations (diagnosis only, no programming)
- Technical monitoring of installations: You regularly check the equipment, identify improvement potentials, and help maintain a high level of availability of the installations
- Teamwork and coordination: You are part of a team of 5 technicians and collaborate closely with various internal and external departments to ensure effective and rapid interventions
- Work organization: You work in team shifts (2x8), with about one Saturday per month and an on-call service according to schedule
Your strengths
- You hold a federal certificate of competence (CFC) as an electrician, automation technician, or equivalent training. Ideally, you have the OIBT authorization art. 13 or are willing to train to obtain it
- You have practical experience in industrial automation systems, ideally on conveyor chains, and have good knowledge of Siemens SIMATIC environments (diagnosis/use, no programming)
- You master MS Office and are comfortable reading and interpreting technical documents, which allows you to keep a good overview of the installations
- Autonomous and structured, you work well both independently and in a team and collaborate easily with different interlocutors
- Reliable and stress-resistant, you keep your cool even in demanding technical situations
- You master French orally and in writing and have good knowledge of a second language (German or English), minimum level B2
- To guarantee the on-call service, your place of residence is located within 45 minutes maximum from Ecublens
