Zumsy AG offers attractive living options for the elderly population with the Zumsy Birgli and Zumsy Rosenau retirement homes as well as assisted living.Zumsy Birgli provides professional care and support to 41 residents through staff from all departments.
We are looking for an innovative, reliable, and motivated individual as a Facility Management Specialist starting summer 2026 or by arrangement.

Your responsibilities:
• Repair and maintenance of furniture and infrastructure

• Disposal and recycling
• Pet care
Your profile:
• Completed training as Facility Management Specialist EFZ or comparable education and experience
• Communication and teamwork skills, empathy in dealing with residents
• Driver's license category B
• PC user skills
• Safety officer experience or willingness to develop further
• Confident in German (spoken and written)
