Early Childhood Educator and Sector Manager at 100%

Group : Preschoolers

Start date: December 1, 2025

Your mission :

• Design, plan and lead educational activities adapted to the needs and ages of the children and supervise the educational team.

• Ensure a safe, stimulating and caring environment.

• Observe, analyze and document the development of children.

• Implement individualized support strategies in case of specific needs.

• Establish a relationship of trust and collaboration with parents, supporting them in their educational role

• Actively collaborate with management and the multidisciplinary team

• Manage and organize educational materials and spaces.

• Respect safety, hygiene and health standards

Your profile :

• Diploma as ES or HES educator or equivalent recognized by the competent authority

• Initiative and exemplary behavior

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility

• Listening skills, communication ease and team spirit

• Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm
