Implementation, monitoring and further development of globally valid BCM standards and systems.YOUR TASKS
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assistance in building and maintaining an Operational Resilience Framework Co-design and support in maintaining the central BCM framework according to the BCM lifecycle
Independent management of operational BCM activities for global booking centers, including administrative processes in BCM and crisis management
Coordination between central and decentralized BCM units as well as other departments and stakeholders
Review and ensure completeness, adequacy and consistency of BCM documentation per location or organizational unit
Planning, conducting and evaluating BCM training, exercises and tests
Participation in internal reporting, controlling activities, as well as internal and external audits in the BCM context
Support in building and implementing an Operational Resilience Framework

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Assertiveness combined with solution- and customer-orientation
High flexibility, personal responsibility and pronounced quality awareness
Professional and Technical Qualifications
Bank apprenticeship or bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of industry-related professional experience (finance, insurance, consulting)
Very good MS skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with GRC tools is an advantage
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Proven knowledge and practical experience in Business Continuity Management
