Your Tasks
We deploy you according to your service preferences. You decide how you want to work, whether in 3-shift or 1-shift operation. Your expertise is required in all areas of care, with a focus on medicine, surgery, and women & children. You support various teams in extraordinary situations. Constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration is an essential part of your daily routine.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ. You have already worked at least two years in the acute sector and ideally bring experience in one of the above-mentioned specialist areas. Working in changing teams brings you joy due to your open, motivated, and empathetic nature. You like to take responsibility, are reliable, flexible, and know your abilities and limits. In addition, you enjoy working in tandem or on delegation.
