About the job
FORTYSEVEN AG created a unique place of mindfulness and well-being, where mental recovery is the focus. In line with the positioning of the wellness spa, our guests are also pampered culinarily. In line with the positioning of the wellness spa, we pamper our guests in our bath restaurant, at our café bar, and in our publicly accessible restaurant with attractive and modern food and drink offerings.
For the gastronomy area, which consists of an indoor and outdoor bath restaurant and a café bar with a total of around 20 employees, we are looking for a front staff member at 100% capacity immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- With your warm charisma and commitment to our guests, you always ensure the best service
- You show great skill in making our restaurant selection appealing to our guests, whether it is our refreshing aperitif drinks or our popular pots
- Preparation plays a crucial role in your work. You ensure that there is always enough mise en place available so that you and your teammates can fully concentrate on service during service times
- Through your close cooperation with other departments (e.g., the kitchen), you ensure a holistic customer experience for our guests
- Because the well-being of our guests is close to your heart, it is natural for you to pay the highest attention to compliance with hygiene and quality standards both in the guest area and in the back office
What we wish from you
- You have completed training in gastronomy or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained several years of experience in service and customer care, ideally in a wellness environment.
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form, are proficient in English communication, and possibly speak other languages, which is an advantage.
How you should be
- You are characterized by your independence, motivation, and open-minded nature and are a team player through and through
- Since you are in direct contact with guests, it is important that you are a cheerful, courteous, and service-oriented person. Your pronounced communication skills enable you to respond to the needs of the guests
- You don’t mind working in shifts, on weekends, or holidays
- You score with your flexibility in work scheduling and especially demonstrate impressive resilience during the autumn and winter seasons.
