Your mission:

As a company executive, you manage the Project Unit and lead a team of about fifteen people. In this role, you ensure the complete management of the unit, as well as the management of the company's contracts. As a committed and unifying manager, you motivate your teams, guide them clearly, and promote the development of their talents. In your role as an executive of the Technical Services and Sales department, you contribute to the development of its strategy. You also ensure the implementation and application of processes guaranteeing optimal contract management within the company.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the organization and management of your unit
• Supervise and develop the human resources of your team
• Guarantee the necessary framework conditions for the management of the company's contracts
• Oversee the planning, monitoring, and reporting of contracts
• Contribute to the promotion and development of products
• Assume a project manager role as needed

Your skills:

• EPF or HES engineer, complemented by project management training (or equivalent), with 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry
• 2-3 years of experience in team management
• Experience in managing large multidisciplinary projects
• Good knowledge of the SAP system
• Native French or German speaker with good oral and written knowledge of the other language
