Your profile:
- Completed training as a childcare specialist or an equivalent pedagogical qualification recognized in Switzerland
- English as a native language
- Willingness to participate in high-quality care, education, and upbringing work at allegra
- Enjoyment of constructive parent collaboration
- Very good organizational skills
- Solution-oriented and networked thinking
- Experience working with an open concept or openness to working according to the open concept
- Conscientious, flexible, and responsible
- Individual talents such as dance pedagogy, musical talent, artistic talent, dance pedagogue, etc.
