As a Sales & Business Support Specialist (w/f/m), you actively support sales and account management and contribute significantly to our shared success with your organizational talent.

You can expect
- Support the sales team in identifying and addressing potential B2B customers
- Organize appointments, meetings, and events and track their implementation
- Prepare presentations, offers, and sales documents
- Actively manage existing customers and strengthen customer loyalty
- Coordinate outbound measures (email sequences, calls, video meetings, social selling, events) together with marketing
- Ensure high data quality in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Work on projects to structure and optimize internal processes
You bring with you
- Organizational talent with a structured, proactive working style
- First experience in sales or sales support
- Project management skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented demeanor
- Motivation to independently take on new challenges and actively shape our expansion
- Enthusiasm for our vision to revolutionize IT support for corporates and authorities
- Very good German and English skills; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage
