Facility Management Team Leader (M/F) - 100%
- Technical and operational responsibility: ensure compliance and monitoring of the Facility Management contract (Reporting, quality audit, preventive and corrective actions and decisions, etc.)
- Coordination and project management: planning, monitoring, and control of interventions by contracted companies (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.).
- Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance operations: implementation and follow-up of maintenance schedules, management of technical emergencies, monitoring and filing of intervention reports.
- Supervision and support of on-site employees: work organization, monitoring service quality, and providing technical support in the field.
- On-call service management : team organization, updating on-call manuals, management and follow-up of interventions.
- Administrative and technical follow-up: management of maintenance contracts, budget monitoring of technical costs, and regular reporting to management.
- Safety and compliance: ensuring compliance with safety standards for the team, especially fire safety, and coordinating regulatory inspections.
- Availability as soon as possible
- Proven experience in team management and employee leadership
- Operational organization, process optimization, improvement of efficiency and execution times.
- Technical training in building, maintenance, or equivalent field.
- Strong knowledge of building technology is a major asset
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) – German or English is an asset.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (Office suite, technical management software).
- Organized, rigorous, proactive person with an excellent sense of service.
- Always solution-oriented with the team and clients, decision-making skills.
