Starting September 1, 2026, we offer an exciting internship position (80 - 100%) in Library 4.0. The internship lasts 12 months and is primarily aimed at people pursuing an information science education.Your Tasks
- Advise and support guests in the library
- Convey media and services of the Winterthur libraries
- Participate in events and projects (e.g., Robotics Lab)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training with vocational baccalaureate or completed baccalaureate
- Communicative personality with strong customer orientation
- Good general knowledge and interest in various fields of knowledge
- Good Office user skills and basic technical understanding
- Understanding of Swiss dialect as well as good oral and written German skills (mandatory level B2)
- Interest in digital media processing and new technologies such as 3D printing, laser cutter, cutting plotter, embroidery machines, etc.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
