To support our team, we are looking for a motivated
Product Expert / Sales Administration (m/f) 100%
Your main tasks include actively supporting the sales team with administrative and organizational duties. You organize and accompany test drives for customers and prospects and obtain information about delivery times, accessories, and other concerns, which you forward accordingly. You are also responsible for recording, processing, and maintaining customer and prospect data. Coordinating and ensuring smooth vehicle deliveries is also part of your responsibilities, as well as competently assisting customers as a contact person for questions about vehicle functionality. Furthermore, you create a first-class customer experience during vehicle delivery and advise and support our customers regarding our brands and related applications by clearly presenting product possibilities and functionalities.
We expect you to have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship. Ideally, you already have experience in sales. You have good German skills; English and French skills are an advantage. An independent yet team-oriented working style characterizes you as well as a confident appearance. You work efficiently, think in a networked way, and bring a high service orientation. Additionally, you possess a category B driving license.
