The pop e poppa family service group is a nationwide network of childcare facilities in Switzerland. pop e poppa is the largest Swiss network in childcare and is an important part of supplementary family care from Geneva to Schaffhausen with daycares, playgroups, and day centers.

The pop e poppa daycare Leuehöhli in Winterthur has 20 care places divided into two groups. The daycare is located in a charming old building with a garden and courtyard. We offer the children a lot of variety through forest days, visits to the gym, Montessori activities, and much more.

To complement our great team, we are looking for a:

Group Leader for Baby Group + Deputy Daycare Management 80 – 100%

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a childcare specialist, early childhood educator, or HF early childhood educator
• Further training related to infants is desirable
• Enjoyment of constructive parental work
• Motivation, conscientiousness, and sense of responsibility
• Solution-oriented and networked thinking
• Very good organizational skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
