About the job
The Hotel von Rotz is becoming von Rotz Genusswelt – with expanded hotel rooms, the new restaurant Cabrio, as well as modern event and seminar rooms. On November 11, 2025, we will open our doors and start a new chapter full of enjoyment, hospitality, and exciting opportunities.
For this new era, we are looking for dedicated temporary service staff (part-time/on call) to actively support our team at larger events, banquets, holiday coverages, or spontaneous assignments. Whether planned deployment or short-notice request – you are there when it counts.
With our internal temporary staff pool, we create a flexible, well-coordinated team that we can count on when needed. This way, you remain part of our crew whenever it suits you and us.

Your main tasks:- You support our service team at banquets, events, and larger occasions, ensuring with your open manner that our guests feel completely comfortable.
- You assist in serving food and drinks and keep an overview even during busy moments.
- You contribute to creating a pleasant guest experience – attentive, friendly, and with a smile.
- You ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene regulations so that our work environment remains professional at all times.
- You have initial experience in gastronomy, as well as great interest and willingness to learn.
- You work motivated, service-oriented, and with passion for our guests.
- You think ahead, contribute ideas, and help foster a positive, committed team atmosphere.
