Your role with us

• Care of inpatients on the ward and the IMC as well as outpatients in the busy internal emergency department
• Assuming responsibility in daily clinical practice and supporting junior doctors in diagnostic and therapeutic decisions
• Active participation in the training and professional development of medical junior staff
• Close collaboration with nursing staff, other medical specialties, and interprofessional partners
• Contributing experience and ideas to the further development of medical processes and structures
• Participation in the medical on-call service and ensuring consistently high treatment quality within the team

Your profile

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine – or near completion (with foreign diploma recognised by MEBEKO)
• Experience in sonography desirable; opportunity to acquire and deepen ultrasound skills through certified tutors available
• Preference for the challenge of independent work in the family-like environment of a smaller hospital
• Team player with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Enjoyment in supporting junior doctors and a high willingness to innovate and commitment to further develop our internal medicine department
• Open and empathetic communication with patients and colleagues
