Our customer advisors are the first point of contact for our insured persons: They know our innovative products inside and out, explain benefits clearly, and find the best solution for every inquiry. Are you also passionate about bringing clarity to customers in the world of health insurance and inspiring them with your knowledge?
What you can achieve
- You advise insured persons, identify gaps, and support them inbound and outbound for optimal coverage – both by phone and in writing.
- With your enthusiasm, you contribute daily to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied.
- You infect new customers with your enthusiasm for our products.
- Complex concerns? You get the right information from our specialist departments.
- Thanks to your sales flair, you recognize needs and offer tailored solutions from our portfolio.
What sets you apart
- a completed basic education with initial professional experience in health insurance or in a contact center
- interest in sales – ideally experience
- training as a insurance intermediary VBV or willingness to complete this promptly
- a strong customer and service orientation
- flawless German skills in spoken and written form – any additional language is a big plus
