Activation Specialist

Your scope of work
- You plan, organize and conduct individual and group activities
- You promote cognitive, motor and social skills of our residents
- You recognize individual resources and strengthen them specifically
- You promote interdisciplinary collaboration
- You participate in events, excursions and seasonal activities
What you bring
- A degree as a HF specialist, the diploma training of Lea (level 2 + 3) or a comparable qualification
- Joy in working with elderly people
- Creativity, patience and empathy
- Solid user knowledge of PC and iPad
- Organizational skills and independent working style
