Tasks
- Verantwortung für Teilgebiete der täglichen Produktion.
- Mitarbeit in der Produktion von Holzartikeln.
- Agogische Begleitung und Anleitung der Mitarbeitenden.
Skills
- Handwerkliche Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung in Arbeitsagogik.
- Teamfähigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

About the job
The Weizenkorn Foundation is a social enterprise in the form of a sheltered workshop. We offer over 300 adapted work and training places primarily for young women and men who are temporarily or permanently impaired in their performance due to psychological or psychosocial reasons.
The wood manufactory is a branch of the Weizenkorn Foundation, known for colorful and high-quality wooden toys. In addition to the specialty of assembly work on toys, the focus is on work pedagogical activities.
Due to retirement, we are looking from April 2026 or by arrangement for a committed and skilled personality as Group Leader / Finishing 80% for employees at the supported workplace.
Your field of activity
- Responsibility for parts of the daily production
- Participation in the production of wooden items (painting on wood, coloring, surface finishing, assembly, packaging and packing)
- Work pedagogical support, guidance and promotion of employees at the supported workplace
- Responsible for quality control
- Assistance with inventory management
Your profile
- Basic craft training with corresponding work experience
- Further training or experience in work pedagogy and in working with people with performance impairments
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork, willingness to perform and high quality awareness
- Christian confession of faith
