• Overall responsibility for the entire operation as CO-Management with the operations management team
• Organization and coordination of all operational processes up to the development and implementation of sales concepts for the company.
• Supporting clients in identifying and pursuing strategic goals to ensure the success of the establishment
• Preparing daily closings, preparing monthly closing
• Active participation in all areas to lead the operation to success
• Contact person, central point for employees, guests, and neighbors
• General correspondence and personnel administration
• You think out of the box, sense trends, and organize attractive events
• You enjoy taking care of the basic elements of an operation, such as HACCP, good staff planning, and basic training
