We are looking for a
Sous-Chef 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- In the kitchen and office area, you support the leadership and development of the team and together ensure a smooth operation in the kitchen
- With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continuously delight our guests
- You take on administrative tasks such as ordering goods, incoming goods inspections, and calculations
- You assist with inventory, incoming goods inspections, and checking delivery notes
- Working hours: Monday - Thursday
Your profile
- You have completed training as a cook EFZ and have several years of experience in equivalent positions, ideally in communal catering or large kitchens, and want to develop ambitiously, e.g. with the perspective of becoming a head chef
- IT affinity as well as knowledge of calculation and inventory management systems are an advantage
- Your passion for culinary arts and your high quality standards make you an important part of our team
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning appearance. You actively seek solutions and pitch in
- You have good German skills in spoken and written form. Additional language skills in English are an advantage
- A spotless record is required
