Your tasks include
- Medical management of the department in co-leadership with an experienced senior psychologist and the nursing management
- Conceptual further development of the addiction department
- Psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with addiction disorders
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist areas
- Participation in clinical, and if interested, also in scientific projects
- Supervision and guidance of the medical team
You bring the following
- Specialist title (or close to completion of specialist training) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH or CH-recognized equivalent, for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG/MEBEKO) is a prerequisite
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (min. C1)
- Solid experience in the field of addiction disorders
- Good knowledge in somatics and psychopharmacotherapy
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-oriented care
- Evidence-based working methods and networked thinking
