In our work groups, we offer people with special care needs the opportunity to experience activities adapted to their individual abilities in small groups. In addition to producing products, social, creative, and musical activities are integrated into the daily routine.
For four work groups in Lenzburg and Staufen, we are looking for a starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, a
Your tasks:
- Co-responsible for the educational support of people with special care needs
- Assisting and supervising the completion of customer orders
- Designing and accompanying creative assignments (own products)
- Client-related administration, documentation, and reporting
- Deployment as a floater in all work groups
Your profile:
- Completed training as a work educator or a comparable qualification desired
- Professional experience with people with disabilities
- High flexibility
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Creative streak and manual skills
- Good IT skills
- Good German language skills
- Driver's license category B desired
