Security Clerk (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in the Occupational and Plant Safety department, we are looking for a qualified and committed specialist for administrative processing, starting immediately or by arrangement.

• Support in the area of safety in organizing and implementing safety, occupational, and fire protection measures such as creating reports, statistics, and presentations on safety-related topics
• Administrative tasks in the areas of safety documentation, risk assessments, checklists, hazard investigations, training materials
• Independent preparation of customer reconciliations and verification of the plausibility of production orders
• Support in the preparation of reports, statistics, and presentations on safety-related topics
• Participation in the implementation and compliance with legal regulations (EKAS, SUVA, VKF, labor law)
• Co-responsibility for updating and communicating escape route plans, safety instructions, emergency organization

• Completed commercial training (e.g., commercial clerk EFZ)
• Further training or interest in the field of safety / occupational safety / fire protection is an advantage (e.g., safety assistant, SIBE fire protection)
• Initial professional experience in a safety-relevant environment (industry, production, administration, or similar)
• Structured and reliable working method, combined with high accuracy and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• English skills at least level B1
• Solid MS Office program knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ideally experience with databases or safety software)
