Member of Relais & Châteaux, the 5-star Superior Beau-Rivage Hotel in Neuchâtel is located in a paradisiacal place along the lake promenade, called Esplanade du Mont-Blanc. It offers 66 rooms and suites to business clients as well as international private clients. It includes 7 banquet rooms, a Restaurant O’terroirs, a Veranda-Bar, two large Terraces, and a wellness area called B-Spa.
Job Description
- Replace the Front Office Manager in his absence
- Maintain good communication with all hotel departments
- Ensure that standards are respected within the department
- Assist the Front Office Manager in defining procedures
- Monitor staffing according to occupancy rate
- Hold meetings in the absence of the Front Office Manager
- Manage customer complaints
- Control daily closings
- Efficiently ensure check-ins and check-outs
Qualifications
- Studies in the hotel field with several years of Front Office experience
- Mastery of Fidelio software and other IT tools
- Bilingual French/English (other languages an asset)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen and manage priorities when workload is high
- Be autonomous and responsible
- Start: immediately or to be agreed
