Service Technician Smart Metering

About the job

The scope of duties includes:

• Installation, commissioning and replacement of intelligent electricity meters (Smart Meters)

• Carrying out maintenance, inspection and service work on measurement and communication systems

• Analysis and rectification of faults in smart meter systems and their communication connections

• Recording and transmission of measurement data as well as maintenance of technical plant data

• Compliance with applicable safety regulations and technical standards

• Support in the maintenance, supervision and continuous expansion of the technical network infrastructure

• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the field of electrical installation,
  electrical engineering or energy supply

• Professional experience in technical service, metrology or in the field of smart metering is an advantage

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working

• Sound IT knowledge (Microsoft 365 etc.)

• Oftringen is reachable within 30 minutes (on-call service)
