About the job

• 2nd-level support for specialized applications: analysis and handling of complex support cases, reproduction, documentation, and case-closing solution in collaboration with Bison or other partners
• Recording, evaluation, and prioritization of technical requirements from the areas
• Support of employees in IT service as well as conducting training on application-related topics
• Coordination of incidents, changes, and releases - operational implementation by Bison; control, prioritization, and monitoring on own side
• Monitoring, coordination, and further development of existing IT services in close cooperation with Bison
• Ensuring service quality, compliance with service level agreements (SLA), and preparation of regular reports
• Responsibility for application management of systems operated by Bison (including availability, functionality, release planning, and lifecycle), with a focus on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and eIAM
• Ensuring correct asset and license management as well as proper use and administration of IT resources
• Close coordination with internal stakeholders on new requirements, changes, or process adjustments including technical project management

• Completed training as an IT specialist, business IT specialist, or comparable professional experience
• Solid understanding of IT service processes (incident, change, release, SLA management)
• Experience in the areas of EDI and eIAM as well as 2nd-level support and analysis of technical requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills, high service orientation, and the ability to set priorities in a structured, independent, and patient manner in a dynamic environment and to respond flexibly to changes
• Analytical, networked thinking with interest in business processes and specialized applications, complemented by very good German skills (additional languages are an advantage)
