October 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

(of which 20% as nursing responsibility)

Your Challenge

Professional, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of patients with high quality standards
Analyzing complex care and support situations, initiating measures, and evaluating them
Complete and conscientious management of nursing documentation
Participation in the (further) development of nursing quality and the nursing process· First point of contact for nursing-related questions/concerns
Member of the Nursing Expertise Committee
Co-designing internal nursing symposia
Leading case discussions (nursing, possibly interprofessional)
Participation in projects and working groups
Interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups and specialist teams

Your Profile

Registered nurse BScN FH or nurse BScN in training or willingness to complete the BScN
High social competence and pronounced empathy
Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Team player and enjoyment in introducing and guiding employees, trainees, and interns
Good IT user skills
