IT Operations Engineer Cities & Municipalities 80-100 %

For our location in St. Gallen-Winkeln or Kloten, we are looking for a committed individual as an IT Operations Engineer immediately or by arrangement.

• Operation and support of IT services in the area of 2nd and 3rd level support in Microsoft customer environments 
• Responsibility for various subsystems (client, server, VDI, M365, on-premises infrastructures, etc.) 
• Client support, incident management, and problem management (2nd/3rd level) 
• Handling recurring or one-time processes and orders (request fulfillment) 
• Administration of Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune) 
• Support of Windows 10/11 clients 
• Management of Windows servers (Active Directory, DHCP, print services, etc.) 
• Participation in IT projects to further develop the system landscape

• IT education, e.g., with a federal certificate/diploma, HF, FH, or a comparable qualification – or many years of professional experience 
• Good knowledge of Windows server and client environments including M365 / Entra 
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn 
• Enjoyment in customer consulting and a polished, professional appearance 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (mandatory) 
• Willingness for on-call duty
