Your Tasks and Perspectives

Responsible for the end-to-end administration of medical staff including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of duty rosters as well as working time and absence management with PEP/Polypoint
Administrative contact person for medical staff and interface between clinic and HR
Organization of daily business operations such as telephone consultation, correspondence, email triage, and appointment management
Coordination of internal training and close collaboration with HR, IT, and clinics

What You Bring to This Position

Completed commercial basic training with further education or experience in human resources
In-depth knowledge of time tracking and experience in personnel planning
Solid understanding of operational processes in healthcare
A communicative, assertive, and resilient personality with initiative and a high sense of responsibility
Organizational talent with an eye for the big picture – you think networked and cross-departmental
