About the job
Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Responsible for the end-to-end administration of medical staff including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of duty rosters as well as working time and absence management with PEP/Polypoint
- Administrative contact person for medical staff and interface between clinic and HR
- Organization of daily business operations such as telephone consultation, correspondence, email triage, and appointment management
- Coordination of internal training and close collaboration with HR, IT, and clinics
What You Bring to This Position
- Completed commercial basic training with further education or experience in human resources
- In-depth knowledge of time tracking and experience in personnel planning
- Solid understanding of operational processes in healthcare
- A communicative, assertive, and resilient personality with initiative and a high sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent with an eye for the big picture – you think networked and cross-departmental
