Bartender (M/F)

Start date: 1-11-2025
Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract

• Excellent mastery of service techniques, cocktails, and various alcoholic beverages (wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, etc.)
• Ensure impeccable service in the dining room and/or at the bar, according to luxury hotel standards
• Prepare, advise, and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits with expertise
• Warmly welcome a demanding clientele in a refined setting
• Manage and organize the workstation: setup, cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene

• CFC diploma in hospitality or equivalent training
• Proven experience in luxury restaurant or hotel
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail
• Very good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and priority management
• Proficiency in French and English
• Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
