Job Description
- Reception and care of patients
- Assistance during consultations and support of the medical team in treatments (General Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Allergology, Cardiology, Gynecology)
- Telephone triage
- Laboratory activities, various rapid tests as well as insertion and monitoring of infusions
- Performing diagnostic examinations (ECG, 24h blood pressure, Holter ECG, ergometry, audiometry, visual acuity, spirometry, CTG, prick test, various allergy tests) and assistance with wound care and minor excisions
- Digital X-ray
- Medication dispensing
- Participation in billing and invoice control
- Administrative tasks (processing the email inbox, sending medical reports, prescriptions, and certificates)
- Holiday cover during the absence of the medical secretary
Qualifications
- Completed training in healthcare (MPA, medical secretary, health specialist) with possible further training as a medical secretary
- Team spirit, motivation, flexibility, and interest in new areas of responsibility
- High resilience
- Independent, networked thinking, initiative, and reliable working style
- Good IT skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
