Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Ideally experience in geriatrics/gerontology as well as several years of professional experience in the care of elderly and aged people
- Mindful, appreciative interaction with residents as well as their relatives and environment
- Warm, natural personality with joy in a varied and demanding activity
- High social competence, flexibility, commitment, and initiative
