Area of responsibility

Participation in the establishment, implementation, and further development of all HSE processes, especially occupational safety at the site.

Advising management and executives in the areas of occupational safety and health protection, participation in environmental protection and energy management.

Conducting and organizing training and safety instructions.

Creation and maintenance of risk assessments and workplace analyses.

Planning and conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external inspections (e.g., by authorities or customers).

Cooperation with authorities to comply with legal requirements and integrate new demands.

Management and monitoring of external companies regarding HSE standards.

Your profile

Completed studies in pharmacy, chemistry, engineering, safety or health protection, or comparable.

Experience in an HSE position, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.

Fulfillment of ASA requirements for Switzerland.

Sound knowledge of relevant legal requirements regarding health protection and occupational safety. Environmental protection is an advantage.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience in training, audits, and risk analyses.

Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.

Structured, goal-oriented working style and ability to work in a team.

High customer orientation and hands-on mentality.
