As store manager of LANDI, you take overall responsibility for our sales outlet and actively shape its success.
You lead, promote and motivate your team and ensure a positive working atmosphere by living collaboration and customer orientation every day.
With your commitment, you ensure that our customers always feel welcome. You ensure an appealing product presentation, optimal product availability as well as competent advice and successfully implement sales promotion measures.
Organisational and administrative tasks are also your responsibility. You plan staff deployment, keep an eye on key figures and ensure compliance with processes and legal requirements. Through your structured way of working, you identify optimisation potential and independently initiate the necessary measures.

You have completed vocational training with further education in retail and already have leadership experience. You enjoy dealing with customers and convince with your open and pleasant manner. Thanks to your independent, reliable and structured way of working, you keep an overview even in hectic situations. In addition, you are characterised by resilience, flexibility and commitment. Very good German skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
