To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a:

Specialist Responsibility Accounting & Controlling (70% - 100%)

Your tasks with us:

• Professional and business management responsibility for accounting and controlling
• Creating and further developing periodic internal reporting, preparing ad-hoc analyses
• Advising management and departments on business management issues
• Co-responsibility for the preparation of the annual financial statements and quarterly financial statements
• Coordination and implementation of the budgeting process as well as periodic forecasts in collaboration with the departments
• Participation in the preparation of statistics, reports and data deliveries to external bodies (e.g. municipalities, canton)
• Support in the further development and monitoring of the internal control system (ICS)
• In the absence of the Head of Finance, Hospitality & Central Services, assumes professional leadership in financial matters
• Continuous optimisation / automation and digitalisation of processes
• Management and implementation of projects in own specialist area

Our expectations of you:

• Higher business management education (specialist in finance and accounting with federal certificate, expert in accounting & controlling or university of applied sciences) or equivalent further training – experienced professionals with development potential are also welcome
• Professional experience in accounting and/or controlling, ideally in a comparable position
• Excellent analytical skills, very good understanding of business management contexts as well as solution-oriented working style
• Very good Excel skills and high IT affinity
• Enjoyment in shaping your own area of responsibility, analysing data and process optimisation
• Independent, structured, customer-oriented personality and team player with very good communication skills and assertiveness
• High resilience, commitment and self-motivation
