Senior Administrative Assistant
80-100%
Your mission:
- Support the change of the tardoc catalog and the flat rates (new tariff structure)
- Participate in the analysis of the input process and propose improvements to optimize and standardize the entry of services
- Analyze and respond to disputes from insurers and patients
- Collaborate with the various healthcare stakeholders
- Ultimately, organize and conduct training on outpatient billing and the use of digital input tools for medical and nursing staff and answer questions with the help of the tariff expert
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- In-depth insurance knowledge and outpatient service catalogs (Tarmed VS new tariff structure, etc.)
- Several years of experience in the healthcare or AOS sector
- Proficiency in French with good knowledge of German
- Proficiency in IT and office tools including Opale and Polypoint
- Ability to communicate, convince, and work independently

- You support the change of the TARDOC catalog and the flat rates (new tariff structure).
- You participate in the analysis of input procedures and bring improvement suggestions to optimize and standardize the recording of services.
- You analyze and respond to objections from insurers and patients.
- You collaborate with the various actors in the healthcare system.
- In the long term, you organize training on outpatient billing and the use of electronic input aids for doctors and nursing staff, conduct training yourself, and answer questions on these topics with the support of the tariff expert.
Profile
- EFZ as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- Advanced knowledge in insurance and outpatient services (TARMED compared to the new tariff structure, etc.)
- Several years of experience in healthcare or the OKP area
- French with good German skills
- Proficient in common IT and office software (including Opale and Polypoint)
- Communication skills, persuasiveness, and independent working style
