We are cereneo Home, and we provide innovative, data-driven neurorehabilitation to patients worldwide. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and independence of our patients through individualized neurorehabilitation programs.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will support our international patients who are returning home from our neurorehabilitation clinics in Switzerland. You will guide their transition back home, and support local healthcare providers and caregivers.
You will work with a 'shift system,' where you work for a certain period followed by several days off. Travel periods typically last between 10-14 days. Besides supporting our patients back home, you will also support patients by providing online therapy.

Your tasks include providing online diagnostics and therapy for neurological patients within the framework of the evidence-based therapy concepts, as well as further developing the various therapy options in the field of online therapy.

1. Patient treatment delivery (in their homes or in clinics worldwide)

• Working with high-end patients from diverse international backgrounds.
• Providing independent neurorehabilitation therapy to patients in their homes or in clinics worldwide, ensuring personalized care and support tailored to individual needs.
• Delivering clinical diagnostics and treatment for neurological conditions.
• Developing personalized therapy and training programs in collaboration with neurologists and interdisciplinary therapy teams.
• Educating caregivers, patients’ families and local health care professionals.
• Maintaining the patient's independent lifestyle through individual and holistic therapy and care, setting goals for patients in all areas of life, taking into account various environmental factors
• Providing online therapy or supporting project initiatives and administrative tasks during periods when not traveling.

1. Therapy methodology and documentation

• Maintain clinical documentation, adhere to quality standards, and contribute to process improvements.
• Assess the therapeutic interventions and design individualized therapy plans.
• Developing, maintaining and continuously improve (online) therapy standards and protocols.

• Mandatory:Completed higher education as a Speech & language pathologist from a reputable institution
• Mandatory:Living in Europe
• Mandatory:Minimum of 4 years of experience in neurorehabilitation in a clinical setting
• Mandatory:Willingness to travel internationally (minimum 130 working days)
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary environment
• Team player with a hands-on mentality, cultural adaptability, and resilience.
