The Center for Acute Psychiatric Disorders is embedded in the clinical care and university research structures of adult psychiatry and psychotherapy (Director: Prof. Dr. med. Erich Seifritz). It offers differentiated diagnostics and treatment for people with psychiatric disorders.
For our multiprofessional treatment team of the General Consultation at the outpatient location Thurgauerstrasse 36/38 in Zurich, we are looking for a position starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Case responsibility in consultation with the medical management and in cooperation with the responsible medical and psychological staff
- Planning outpatient appointments considering available capacities and economic guidelines
- Independent documentation of medical history, preparation/creation of reports, filling out forms, certificates, prescriptions in consultation with the responsible doctors/psychologists
- Coordination and ensuring internal and external information exchange
- Review of medication for patients with case management and adjustment after consultation with the responsible medical and psychological staff
- Independent billing of provided services
- Crisis intervention conversations
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF/FH (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of professional experience in a psychiatric facility is required
- Additional training in communication is an advantage
- Enjoy working independently and largely with personal responsibility as well as interdisciplinary work in a motivated team
