In the Finance Department, the threads of the various departments of the municipality, the municipal utilities, and the Reformed Church community come together. To complement our small team, we are looking for a cheerful and team-oriented personality as of May 1, 2026, or by arrangement as

Your tasks
- Independent processing in the area of finance for the political municipality and the municipal utilities
- Managing accounts payable
- Posting daily transactions (general ledger)
- Accounts receivable management including dunning and debt collection
- Counter and telephone service including cash management
- Deputy for client accounting clerk KLIB
- General administrative tasks
- Assistance in supervising the commercial apprentice
Your profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ, ideally in a Zurich municipal or city administration, supplemented by further training as a finance clerk
- Solid knowledge of accounts payable with several years of practical experience
- A flair for numbers
- Team spirit, helpfulness, and service orientation
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Advanced IT skills (MS Office), knowledge of Abacus and Innosolv (NEST) is an advantage
