For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a conscientious and empathetic certified nurse or health specialist 60-100%.

Responsibilities

Ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents – always according to our quality standards
Care with heart, mind, and appreciation
Co-responsibility in leadership, training, and onboarding of apprentices
Close collaboration with the nursing management and the team

Requirements

Completed training as a certified nurse or health specialist with several years of experience
Enjoyment in working with people and with apprentices
High professional and social competence as well as team spirit
Motivation to take responsibility and actively shape our care culture
