Tasks
- Independently execute cooking tasks following established procedures.
- Ensure proper meal preparation and adherence to food standards.
- Guide asylum seekers in using kitchen tools and maintaining safety.
Skills
- Secondary education with a Federal Certificate (EFZ) required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in food handling and preparation.
- Knowledge of HACCP and MS Office applications essential.

Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- HACCP theory and practical implementation
- Knowledge of proper handling of food and kitchen equipment
- Completed first aid course
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- Experience in system catering and work pedagogy (advantageous)
