Your tasks
- Individual support of our residents to promote independence, participation, and quality of life
- Development, implementation, and reflection of needs-based support offers within the framework of meaningful and structured daily activities
- Activating, creative group and individual offers to strengthen personal resources and social skills
- Creation, implementation, and documentation of individual help and support plans based on professional assessment and in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in a social, curative education, or therapeutic profession (e.g., occupational therapy, curative education, social pedagogy, or curative pedagogy)
- Strong social competence, sense of responsibility, and a high degree of flexibility in dealing with individual life situations
- Appreciative attitude and joy in working with people with mental disabilities
- Confident handling of common IT application software for documentation and communication
- Driving license class B
