• You support the further development of our recovery-oriented acute ward based on the High Intensive Care (HIC) model
• You accompany our patients individually and in a human-centered way
• You participate in the further development of the ward concept and therapy offers
• You actively contribute your valuable experience and perspective in the interprofessional team
• You assist in the practical training of nursing students and trainees

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• You have experience in psychiatry or somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
• You are resilient, committed, and appreciate the challenges on the newly organized (HIC) acute ward
